KPJIC conducted an open interview this morning at KPJ Kajang Specialist Hospital, 5th floor. The respond was really good. I would like to take this great opportunity to thank the KPJIC for giving me chance to sit with them as one of the interviewer.
From what I have observed, here are the problems that faced by most of the interviewee that came.
1. Language
• 85% - having poor command of English, this causes them unable to use the language to express their idea and answer
• 10% - don’t even understand Bahasa Malaysia
2. Minimum Requirement
• They can’t even meet the minimum requirement
3. Attire
• Wearing slipper, jeans, to much make-up, over loaded accessory
4. Readiness
• They are not ready for interview
• Trying their luck!
5. Very poor general knowledge
6. Hand phone
• Silent mode please!
I’ve been expected these to happen because they are all school leavers. Just got their SPM result. Never go for interview before! What to do. LOL
p/s – it’s really fun to watch people characters! Peoples are very different!
